Melinda Jackson, a lifelong Colorado resident, currently serves as the General Sales Manager at Groove Silverthorne. Melinda has been apart of the Groove Silverthorne team for over 5 years and takes pride in being part of the Summit County community. With 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, Melinda is committed to making sure that customers have a simple and easy experience while purchasing a vehicle.

Karen Brown is a Finance Director with 37 years of experience in the customer service industry and over 7 years in the automotive industry. As a Finance Director, Karen assists with all state and legal paperwork and aims to make the purchasing process smooth and easy. As a resident of Summit County for over 18 years, Karen loves to spend time hiking, snowshoeing, skiing, and enjoying the beautiful mountains. Karen's passion is to make amazing connections with guests and be there for any vehicle needs they have.

Seth Cohen is a Sales Associate who has been part of the Groove team since 2005. He graduated from the University of Rochester and moved to Summit County in September 1994. Seth lives in Dillon with his two rescue dogs, Barley and Elwood. In his free time, he enjoys hiking and outdoor activities like advanced skiing, intermediate snowboarding, 4-wheeling, and rafting.

Erin Cozort, a recent addition to the Groove Subaru team, currently serves as a Subaru Express Advisor. Erin has a passion for the great outdoors, baking, and making the world a kinder place. She is dedicated to helping others in any way she can, especially foster children. Erin’s genuine care for others is evident in her work and she is eager to make a positive impact at Groove Subaru.

Eric Robinson is a Summit County native who works in the parts department and has a passion for sports. Eric is a big Denver Nuggets and Colorado Avalanche fan. In his free time, he volunteers at the Breckenridge recreation center where he enjoys working with kids. He has no plans of ever leaving his hometown.
